Bank to Post office Online Fund Transfer -

        Now You can transfer your fund from any Bank to your Post office accounts without opening the IPPB Saving Account. Now Post office started NEFT Facility for its customers. Both inward and Outward NEFT is working in the post office. but keep in mind that you can transfer funds only through NEFT and RTGS.

Bank to Post office- Account?

        Now you can use NEFT inward from Bank to the following account with the same method used for Saving Account -
POSB- POST OFFICE SAVING ACCOUNT

PPF- PUBLIC PROVIDENT FUND

SSA- SUKANYA SAMRIDDHI YOJANA

Some Important:-

  • Always transfer through NEFT or RTGS only. (IMPS / UPI not Available) So You can't Trasnfer Fund using google pay / phonepe/ paytm and other UPI Apps.
  • For PPF Maximum of 1.5 lakh in year.
  • For SSA always transfer below 50000.
  • It may take up to 24 hours to credit. (5 Minutes to 24 Hours)

  • First Add your post office account as a Beneficiary in Bank Net banking/Mobile Banking. (using Add/Manage Beneficiary)
  • Use Correct IFSC code- IPOS0000DOP
  • Transfer Fund Using NEFT in Bank app.
  • Also, You Can NEFT through Bank Branch.
