     इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट्स बैंक (India Post Payments Bank) ने Tata AIG Insurance के साथ समझौता करके 299 और 399 के दो इन्शुरन्स प्लान पोस्ट ऑफिस के ग्राहकों के लिए उपलब्ध करवाए है। इन पॉलिसी को लेने के लिए आपको IPPB Saving Account या IPPB Premium Saving Account खुलवाना होगा।

दावा कैसे करे?  (step-by-step TAG  claim process)

दोनों ही प्लान के लिए क्लेम करने का एक ही तरीका है - 

     1. Call 24*7 toll free no. 18002667780. OR SMS CLAIMS to 5616181. 

    OR Write to  the company - general.claims@tataaig.com

2. Provide-

• Policy details/Number
• Name of the injured person.
• Date and time of loss/ location of the accident. 
• Nature of injury/Accident.
• Name of hospital/ doctor where treatment took 
• Name/location of the police station if the case is reported to the police.
• Email id/mobile no of insured person/contact person. 

    Once the claim is intimated customer will get the claim Id/claim no.

3. Claim form to be sent on the email id mentioned above.

4. Send duly signed claim form and all original documents along with a canceled cheque to the TAGIC office at the address given below
